It is necessary to add some level of activity, not only to burn fat and build muscle but also to keep the heart and lungs healthy and strong. Regular exercise has been linked to lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, a minimized risk of certain diseases and even stress relief. If you are someone who doesn't think they like working out, find a fun physical activity you actually enjoy and you will be more likely to stick to your exercise plan.
